I'm feeling lethargic now. Rushed home from first day of attachment at Geylang Elderly Home and my piano teacher was already waiting for me to have lessons. Shucks almost fell asleep playing the piano :(

But first day of attachment was really good I thought. Some of them were unbelievably smart, funny and talkative! And cute haha! One of them started crying while I was talking to her I was so shocked didn't know what to do O: Another shared his sad life story and honestly I was stunned and had no idea how to respond..:(

Though it's gonna be tiring, I look forward to the next 2 weeks of attachment! I'm so so so glad there'll be no OGL meetings or walk-in practices this week if not I really have no freaking idea how i'm gonna juggle. Hate it when I have to make a choice as to which to sacrifice :(

Hysterella's really awesome love them all so much

For this is how, we sing our song :)

Another long post hehe..

The morning before the chalet, Ck, my dad and I went to orchard to book our tickets to Indo at the Lufthansa inhouse sale. (we got the tix and low prices but unfortunately, we couldnt change the dates) Ck came over to my house and my mum and us prepared food and took the MRT there.

Chalet was fine except that aranda wasnt as nice as I thought it would be. The chalet was indeed spacious but they only provided towels and bathing soaps. The rooms had wardrobes and dressing tables plus there is a sofa! wow. Hehe I guess I shouldnt compare it to Awana. They probably serve different purposes. I loveee Awana cos of the nice cool weather, archery range, nicely equiped apartments which include a Microwave oven and even utensils. Wish I could go there again.. Haha anyway, here's what we did:

Day #1
- BBQ at the antsy pit downthere. (The chalet is really really close to nature, we had many tiny visitors)
- We spent quite some time shifting around to get the food and us away from the flying ashes we made. haha
- They 'invented' crabmeat noodle (which I like : ] ) cos they failed to keep tgt during bbq-ing.
- The class was nice and bought some veg bites for christine. Haha which was actually not bad
- We toasted marshmallows with some tips from Cheehao the expert. But we can never achieve his golden brown standard.. haha
- Formed TMTFCK temporary housekeeping service and washed the tools used for BBQ etc. Tp taught us the innovative way of using plastic bags as sponge and we put the shower gel to good use too. (while the boys sit in front of the TV and played PS2 and PSP)
- Sang a birthday song to our dear classmate, Hemiao.
- Liquor was involved
- Played taboo with the girls and it was really hilarious! and you can see the true power of liyan. ^.^
- Christine taught us this really simple game which was simply addictive and totally exciting! Tp, ck and I played tgt with cheehao and xincheng. We are supposed to take on different names (we took our classmates') and simultaneously open our cards. Those ppl with similar numbers are to call out the other's fake name first. The aim was to clear our decks. And its pretty challenging! since we already known each other's name for so long. We ended up yelling at each other cos we were so hyped up. I remember quite vividly the funny scene: cheehao and tp had similar cards, both of them sprung back and go "ahhhh" while trying to recall the fake names, then hollered out the name. Hahahha fun fun fun. And of course ended up with sore throats..
- Off to bed, and yes I still sleep during chalet. Haha tgt with tp the sleeping log. :P

Day #2
- Carried out our services again because visitors came in to carry away the pringles crumbs some ppl left on the floor. Our service includes shooing awaying ants, throwing away rubbish, mopping the floor with towels and cloth.
-Tp and I went cycling with yile, zhenhua, renbin, shangkai while some of the others went skating. We cycled to the end of pasir ris park and decide to cycle to White Sands to get some lunch. Tp and I dumbly went to buy KFC when there was one at the Chalet. hahahah
- Lunched with ck and chouyin at the chalet while the rest went out for lunch.
- Played hopscotch using boxes made from cards. Ck's innovative idea. Hahaha
- Discussed about the Indon trip and plan our activities (I hope it wun have to change :D )
- TP slept, slept and slept. Hah
- Played slap jack with the girls while the guys had their own group playing the same game. Huge different btw the two groups. Conclusion: boys have faster rxn time then girls.
- We heated up salted soya beans in aluminium trays and had a great time munching on them after we returned from the trip to Ehub.
- Ate cup noodles for dinner.
- Ck and I brought out our almost-forgotten starfruits and cut them using scissors. Hard time we had.. Haha
- The girls escorted Cy to the MRT station along with renbin.
- The others went to watch "zombieland' at the cinema while the 3 of us + hemiao stayed back to watch 200 pounds beauty on the tv.

Day #3
- Packed up and leaveeeee
- Had lunch with family at the clementi hawker centre with our favourite duck noodles.
- Saw the gigantic blue dog my mummy bought for mee. THANK YOU MUMMY!!! :DD (this is no double chin, ck. its twice the smile!)
- I realise I have more toy dogs than teddy bears.

Peektures~

veg bites

large fire

jingkai looks cute. hahaha
Birthday girl ah miaoos
taboo-ing

Hopscotch!

Sat
I went out with family~
- west coast for lunch
- Jurong point cos my bro is going there for a movie with his friends. My dad bought 2 cheap phones which has huge words for use. My mum's phone went crazy with calls while my dad's current phone was in use for 3 or 4 years and the keypad and battery is on the verge of breaking down. Hehe my big bro is still using nokia 8800 or sth. The ancient (since I was in pri school?) but sturdy phone that outlast all others.
- Bought a scarf~
- back to west coast for dinner @ our usual seafood stall, tgt with grandma and my young cousin's family who live nearby (qihui the famous eating machine in our house who can munch clean fish heads)
- at home, I became a potato couch and watched tv till late hours.

Sun
- Lunched at Bukit Merah where my dad's uncle works. Yummy "fish lied to beehoon". I had fried fish with yee mian. :D
- Dinner with Shannon, Qihui and families @ west coast jack's place. Love their soup and dessert. Especially the dessert we had that day. Some pie. Grandma is flying to Hongkong with my other uncle. Have a safe trip, ah ma~ ^.^

1 Dec
Had an awesome day out with my besties! :D Met up with TP and we cabbed to her aunt's house to store her boxes and belongings from the boarding school. Her 4 cousins are very adorable!!! Especially the youngest one who looked like TP when she's young. Met Ck at compass point and we bought sushi and ICE CREAM! mint + choco cookies from iscream. Hehe and we walked 4 busstops' distance to her house. Actually its quite a long route.. Chester time!!! Cute ttm! He can do simple tricks and is so obedient! Ahhhh. Watched the latest Bring It On movie and we went to the main purpose (along with Cari) - Fly kite! The sengkang area is really good for flying kites. There are shops selling varieties of kites and large fields to fly them. Unlike any other residential areas I've been before. First time flying kite and its packed with fun! after some time, TP managed to get the penguin couple kite up into the air, higher and higher. Then ck's colourful one followed suit. :D satisfaction yeah.. Would love to go kite flying another time soon~ lalala.. shall post about the chalet later. ^^

I guess it is really a human thing to keep hoping for the present to pass quickly, past to return and future to end. And that's when the dream begins..

Last paper is finally OVERRR! whoohoo!! :DD Didnt really study much for it tho.. since there was almost a week to prepare and I guess almost everyone started to enjoy themselves already..

Fun plans coming up Soon.. so excited!
1. 1 Dec: TMTFCK outing at Christine's house - carrot cake for lunchie and probably kite flying, I hope the weather is good. :)
2. 2-4 Dec: Class Chalet at Aranda. Gosh it's expensive.. Class fund got a large hole...
3. 7-9/10 Dec(still pending): TMTFCK outing to TP's house @ Indonesia. THEME PARK!!! Hahah been a long time since I went to play, must enjoy while I'm still young (roller coaster!) + Random stuff over there with our own personal tour guide. HEHEH :)
4. 12 Dec: Outing with Nanhua friends. We haven't seen each other for sooooo long :D soon soon. Sure got lots to catch up on.

Haven't plan much after that but I sure got LOTs to do. Its about time to check out driving lessons. Yupp gonna try to squeeze some skills into me during this period of long long break and if I feel like it, I'll go work. Haha.. Got to tutor my bro for Math. I must learn to be patient! and stop hollering at him.

Thinking back, my life has been some kind of routine in school. For food, there will be Monday's HongKong Mee, Tue's hokkien mee, Wed's Horfun with fried chicken, all at the same stall. Then there is the chinese rice stall with friendly aunty who can always predict tp's order, and the Asian delight stall which kept switching owners, but the food is quite alright. :D I'll miss all these cheap food.. My class's timetable is fixed so routine formed. We analysed the break times and decide when its not too crowded to eat, when to slack in homeclass when it is, which break is long enough to do what. There was the occasional craze with computer, such as when Restaurant City was in, we would visit Bytes or comp lab to trade ingredients... Lalala will miss school life till next year~ Randomz...

Class BBQ should be under me.. gonna go check the prices now and as the treasurer, help the class save some bucks.. :) tata~
